Jabberwocky Jerked Red Lentil Soup

1 red onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
10 cups chicken stock ( if store bought, low sodium )
2 cups red lentils
1/2 pint Jabberwocky Smooth Jerk

Dice onion, add to olive oil in soup pot, about 3 minutes, add jerk sauce,
chicken stock. Cook about 30 minutes on medium heat.
Remove 2 cups and blend. Add back to soup and serve!
