Bacon Salsa! Hussar!

Bacon Salsa! 2 1/2 pounds Bacon ends and pieces 1 Pineapple 2 white onions 1/2 cup finely chopped Pineapple Sage 1/2 Meyer lemon juiced 1/4 cup passion fruit juice 1 teaspoon Spanish Smokey Paprika 2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar Salt and Pepper Spread bacon on cookie sheet bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes turning bacon every 15 minutes. Dice other ingredients. Set aside. When bacon is cooked allow to cool. Using paper towels, absorb excess fat. Do this until bacon looks dry. Add to rest of ingredients. Squeeze lemon juice into salsa.
