Jabberwocky Smooth Jerk Sauce Combinations!

A note about our Jerk  combination sauce recipes. You will want to marinate your foods in straight Jabberwocky Smooth Jerk sauce. This will penetrate into your meats much better. Use the jerk combination recipes as finishing sauces. You may use the left over marinade as finishing sauce by itself or in combination sauces as long as you bring sauce to boil.

Jerk Mole Sauce

1/2 cup Jabberwocky Smooth Jerk
1/4 cup Quality Olive Oil
1/3 bar Mexican chocolate, grated
1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter (unsalted)
3 tablespoons Chopped Sundried Tomatoes

Add jerk sauce, olive oil, cumin powder, and sundried tomatoes, to sauce pan. Heat to low boil, add peanut butter and chocolate! Continue to heat and 
serve with a rotisserie chicken or your own cooked chicken to give it an entirely different flavor. Rice and/or tortillas plus salad greens, sliced avocado, and chopped tomatoes create a quick and deliscious meal, worthy of a celebration!

Jabberwocky Honey Glazed Sauce

1/3 cup honey
2/3 cup Jabeerwocky Smooth Jerk

Pour honey and Jabberwocky Smooth Jerk sauce together in sauce pan and heat thoroughly until blended.
Serve on ham, bacon wrapped Shrimp, also fabulous. On our  jerked Stuffed Mushrooms! If you need a more subtle jerk flavor, this works well on all of our recipes!

Jabberwocky BBQ Sauce

1  1/2 cup Jabberwocky Smooth Jerk
1/2 cup favorite BBQ sauce

The best spare ribs ever!
Marinate ribs 4-6 hours in 1 cup Jabberwocky Smooth Jerk
Blacken on grill
Bake at 350 1 hour
Blend Jerk and BBQ sauce use for dipping !

Jabberwocky Red Wine Reduction

1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup Jabberwocky Smooth Jerk

In a saute pan, over medium high heat, add the red wine and the stock and reduce by a third. Deliscious  over  Filet Mignon, sliced, then crumble a little Feta or Bleu Cheese  over the top. Any cut of beef, this finishing sauce is beautiful!
