Spinach Salad with Jerk Walnut Vinegarette

8 cups spinach, cleaned and shredded
1/2 cup shredded Basil
2 cups Strawberries
1/4 cup Walnut pieces
1/4 Feta Cheese
2 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless. Diced (optional)

Dressing
4 ozs Jabberwocky Smooth Jerk
4 ozs Sparrow Lane Walnut champagne Vinegar

Mix jerk and vinegar together and set aside. If you're adding the chicken, cook on stove in a bit of olive oil add salt and pepper. Left over chicken is a great option. Mix spinach and basil together in salad bowl. Put strawberries on top. Then Feta and walnut pieces. If you opted for chicken, add on top.
Serve dressing on side!
