Jerk Spare Ribs

1 bottle Jabberwocky Smooth Jerk
2 racks of ribs

Marinate ribs approximately 4 hours in 1/2 bottle of Jabberwocky Smooth Jerk.
Grill ribs until caramelized. Bake at 350 for an hour in remaining sauce!
Serve!
