4 1/2 pounds beef Short Ribs
8 oz. Jabberwocky Smooth Jerk
6 oz. Honey
2 cups Beef Stock
Vegetables of your choice (optional)
PREPARATION
Place in even layer in slow cooker. Add all ingredients, except vegetables.cover, and cook on low heat until meat is tender, about 5 hours. Add vegetables, cook another 3 hours.
Using slotted spoon, transfer ribs to serving bowl. Spoon fat off top of sauce and pour sauce over ribs.
